Svea Blieffert is a research associate at the Institute of Sustainable and Environmental Chemistry and associated to the SuCo² group since 2018. She is involved in the research project “FoodLabHome – Climate Education to Reduce Household Food Waste”. Her main fields of interest are education for sustainable development as well as the potentials of collaborative consumption and production patterns. Svea is a founding member of the Foodsharing initiative in Lueneburg and initiated a collaborative housing project located on an old farm in the village of Rettmer on the outskirts of Lueneburg.
